Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD/DIA) is made with fused and pressed diamond particles under high pressure and high temperature that binds to a hard metal surface.

Through the high level solidity, thermal durability and wear resistance of the PCD, it is accepted as an ideal material in manufacturing of cutting tools.

Cutting tools that has PCD-DIA is used to process all non ferrous materials such as Wood, Plywood, MDF, Plastic, Reinforced Plastic, Aluminum, Carbon Fiber, Soft Metal Composite and through its high resistance, it is 60-70 times durable than normal Diamond tools and the material loss resulting from sharpening is less than normal Diamond tools.
